My name is Sam Kaufmann (she/her), I’m an illustrator and merch designer living in Tilburg,  the Netherlands.

As a huge nerd obsessed with anything fantasy, I like to spend my days drawing cool wizards, silly goblins and epic knights. I live to tell stories and make people laugh, and if I can do that through my art, all the better.

Sometimes I travel back to the real world where you can find me working on client jobs, teaching classes and workshops, tabling at conventions or napping in the sunshine.

I’m available for freelance work and long term projects! I have experience in multiple fields like product design, promotional illustration, cover and comic work, character art and general illustration. I would love to work with you on (board)games, books, graphic novels, merchandise, and surface design. Projects with a focus on storytelling and humor make my heart sing.
